What would you say is the worst sin, the “unpardonable” sin? Murder? How about incest? What about rape? If you guessed any of these your answer is incorrect. The only sin that is “unpardonable” is to reject Christ as your Savior. Certainly, to blasphemy the Holy Spirit brings on serious condemnation. God allows us to escape from our sins through His grace, and when we confess the seriousness of our sin to Him asking Him to forgive us, we are forgiven! In (1 John 1:17) we read; “The blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” Without Jesus’ sacrifice for our sins we would be lost for eternity! Heaven forbid!
Rejecting Jesus vs. blaspheming the Holy Spirit – here is how the Bible explains this unpardonable sin; they are one and the same. Jesus is God, God is Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is also God. God uses the Holy Spirit to draw us nearer to Him. When we reject the Holy Spirit (blasphemy) we are denying God’s love and salvation. We then remain separated from God! Jesus makes it possible for us to be one with God. For our forgiveness of sin and our eternal salvation we must accept Jesus Christ. Jesus said we must be “born again.” We are born again when we ask Him to come into our hearts proclaiming our belief in all that He is and has done for us. Salvation is so easy! Is Jesus calling to you now? Come. Many will…will you?
Do you want God’s forgiveness? When you confess and repent of your sins He faithfully and joyfully gives it to you. If you would like to accept Jesus as your Savior send me an email request or click on “Comments” and leave a message. I will provide you with more information about how you too can receive my wonderful Savior Jesus Christ.
I am not sure my message went through so, I am writing it again. Thanks for your daily writings. They really help me and remind me of my Bible teachings in the past.

Foxeyroxey,
Blasphemy is defined as; profane or contemptuous speech, writing, or action against God or anything held as divine. You may also read; Mark 3:28 as this Scripture tells of God’s warning about blasphemy. Your Bible is the source of information re: blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Examine your past actions and never speak against God. Always pray for His forgiveness.

Dear melton carr, this is foxeyroxey.
Thank you for what you shared.
A few years ago I went with a friend to a church and they acted crazy and made funny sounds with their mouths and fell on the floor and all. My friend explained it was the holy spirit. It was the funniest and queerest thing I ever saw. I mocked them and laughed until I was asked to leave. Someone at the door asked if I wanted to have the holy spirit and I told them not if it makes me act so weird. I stuck out my tongue and cursed the holy spirit.
Am I doomed? Did I blaspheme the holy spirit?
Is it too late for me?

Spend time on your knees in prayer. Ask Him to forgive your transgressions and sin no more.
